With this essential information and a well-defined budget, we embark on a focused property search to fulfil your needs.

One of the most frustrating aspects of finding a property is the time consumed dealing with multiple agents.  On instruction of RPPF, simply instruct all future communications to come through us.

We happily take calls and emails on your behalf, allowing you to continue as normal, knowing a professional is looking after your interests.

With your specifications in hand, we will collaborate with our network of agents and contacts to find, inspect, and assess potential properties, whether on or off the market.

It is only after ensuring that these properties align with your criteria that we compile a concise shortlist to present to you.

We will present a comprehensive overview of properties, including details such as ownership, historical background, purchase price, recent comparable sales, recommended improvements, a local area synopsis, and our assessment of both current and future resale value.

We can then decide on the properties you would like to pursue further.

We will coordinate and join you for visits to any properties you select from our presentation. We can outline the merits and potential drawbacks of each property.

Following the viewings, we will guide you through the local neighbourhood. For clients residing overseas, we can organise a video tour of the property.

Once we have identified the ideal property and when you are prepared to make an offer, we will engage in strategy discussions with you.

As a dedicated buying agency, we specialise in negotiation and strive to secure your desired property at the optimal price and under the most favourable terms.

After successfully agreeing on the property purchase, we will oversee the entire sale process until completion. We can suggest and enlist a first-class team of professionals to represent your interests.

Our role involves coordinating with solicitors, surveyors, and all parties, addressing any issues that may arise. Our primary aim is to guarantee a seamless and stress-free transaction.

Once you are in your new home, we can advise and assist in developing or maintaining your property.

Whether you are contemplating structural changes and renovations or seeking assistance with furnishing your property, our network includes a wide array of outstanding architects, builders, interior designers, and tradespeople.

Our fees are very simple.  There is an initial fee of £2,000 plus VAT which will then be deducted from your final invoice.

On exchange of your new property, we will invoice you 1% plus VAT of the agreed price.  This figure is considerably lower than the industry norm.
